Regulador Financiero de Belice Lanza Advertencia sobre OneLife (OneCoin)

El lunes 29 de mayo de 2017 la Comisión de Servicios Financieros Internacionales de Belice (IFSC, por sus siglas en inglés) emitió una alerta sobre One Life Network Limited (OneCoin), donde advierte que la mencionada empresa realiza operaciones comerciales sin licencia o permiso de la IFSC ni de ninguna otra autoridad, por lo cual se le ha ordenado cesar y desistir de continuar con el negocio de comercio ilegal.
A través de un comunicado oficial la IFSC advierte lo siguiente:

“Ha llegado a conocimiento de la IFSC que una entidad llamada ‘One Life Network Limited’, empresa de negocios internacional registrada en Belice, está realizando operaciones sin antes obtener la licencia requerida del IFSC.

Esta entidad no está autorizada o regulada por la Comisión de Servicios Financieros Internacionales ni por ninguna otra autoridad competente en Belice para llevar a cabo ningún tipo de negocio comercial.

Por lo tanto, se ordena a One Life Network Limited cesar y desistir de llevar a cabo las actividades sin licencia que constituyen un delito bajo las leyes de Belice.

Se advierte a todas las personas afectadas que tomen nota y tengan extrema precaución”.





Autoridades colombianas lanzaron el mes pasado una alerta sobre OneCoin y, según el sitio especializado en detección de esquemas piramidales ilegales Behindmlm, en piases como Croacia, Uganda, Australia, Letonia, Alemania, Bélgica, Curaçao y Sint Maarten, Malta, Hungría, Nigeria, Letonia, Noruega, Hungría, Italia, Tailandia, Croacia y Reino Unido, entre otros, se han emitido también alertas de advertencia sobre OneLife – OneCoin.

WARNING NOTICE

One Life Network Limited

It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that an entity calling itself ‘One Life Network Limited’, an International Business Company registered in Belize, is conducting trading without first obtaining the required licence from the IFSC.

This entity is not licensed/regulated by the International Financial Services Commission or any other competent authority in Belize to conduct any type of trading business.

One Life Network Limited is therefore directed to cease and desist from carrying on with the said unlicensed activities which constitute an offence under the laws of Belize.

All persons concerned are warned to take note and exercise extreme caution.
